Classics Plantation Estates Lely Resort Homes for Sale

Phase I and II consist of 99 homes built by various custom home builders. Phase III of the Classics development includes the Martinique and Covington Place neighborhoods, as well as Classics lots 10-17 and 46 through 86. Phase IV is the Avonlea subdivision. All of these are Stock Construction built homes.

Buyers should check with the Players club membership director to find out if the property requires the Players Club membership, as some homes are exempt. The Classics are excluded from the Lely Resort CDD Operations and Maintenance payment.
